Some nights the
whole place is
yours.
A calendar of wine dinners, tastings and cooking classes — and a room and a garden you can take over entirely.

The moments that matter most to you.
Graduations, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, baby showers — we love being part of them. From garden gatherings to cosy candlelit dinners, let us host the celebration while you simply enjoy it.
We have taken the restaurant fully private for weddings, receptions and intimate parties. What’s possible depends on the night and the season, so the honest answer is always a conversation — tell us the date and roughly how many, and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Tonight, our table is spoken for — tomorrow, it’s yours.Bistro Ten
Wine dinners, oyster nights, cooking classes, Sunday Suppers.
We have been running ticketed evenings since the year we opened — guest chefs, visiting winemakers, importers and a farm manager or two. Here is the sort of thing that fills the room. Join the mailing list and you will hear about the next one first.
French Wine Dinner
Five French wines, four courses, with guest Chef RJ and a list curated by importer Mary Taylor.
Raclette Dinner & French Wine Tasting
Five of our favourite French wines alongside a traditional raclette, served family style.
Dinner in the Garden
A four-course Italian meal out among the beds with guest chef R.J. Dye and some of our very favourite wines.
Sunday Supper
A family-style Lowcountry boil with guest chef — and gardener extraordinaire — Bryan McCaffree, across three seatings.
Oyster & Wine Tasting
One of our favourite nights, with Julie Davis, farm manager at Lady’s Island Oysters.
Cooking Class
Vietnamese spring rolls one season, Shu Mai dumplings the next — hands in the dough, glass in hand.
Barnard Griffin Wine Tasting
Five Barnard Griffin wines poured with their national sales manager, Tom Champine.
Stock Your Cellar
A holiday tasting where the ticket price is simply the three bottles you carry home that night.
An Evening in the Garden
Five Piedmont wines and an Italian dinner served in the garden. It sold out.
Holiday & Easter Brunch
A seated prix-fixe brunch — brioche buns, a fennel and burrata salad, grits ’n gravy or a cornmeal waffle.
A selection from past seasons, listed so you know what to expect. Dates, guests and pricing change every time — ring us or join the list for what’s next.
Members gather to taste what has just landed.
A standing social through the year for people who would rather be told what to drink than guess. Ask us about joining next time you’re in.
We also host live music on the patio from time to time, and afternoon events for the village — a book signing for Friends of Hunting Island, a ladies’ night, a French class on menus and wine lists with Chris of French Affaires.
